- Can heat be applied to the wigs?
In the description of each wig listing you will find specific details about each wig. Majority of the wigs are heat safe up to 400°. Recommend starting at a lower temperature and increasing as needed.

Yes. Full caps, Lace parts, and most Lace fronts comes with combs, adjustable straps or secure band making the wigs easy to wear without the use if glue. However, it is still optional to apply your lace front with glue if that's what you prefer. Lace Frontals on the other hand will need glue or some type of bonding product in order to wear.

- Can my order be exchanged or swapped?
Unfortunately orders can not be swapped or exchanged. Highly recommend looking at all the pictures and reading descriptions of the items before purchasing.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer refunds. We do highly recommend reaching out to us if there is a situation regarding your order. All Sales are final.
- I didn't get my order, what can I do?
To avoid delivery issues, please make sure delivery address is correct before placing your order. Tracking numbers are provided for every order. Once the tracking says "Delivered", please check all doors and mailbox to your home. If you still don't find it please reach out to the delivery carrier immediately with your tracking number.
- Do you offer Guarantee Next Day Delivery?
For a guarantee next day deliver, your order will be shipped with UPS 1 day Air and the fees for delivery will be around $160-$200 minimum depending on location and weight of package. Please reach out to
cs@wigpride.com before you place your order.
- An item is missing from my order or wrong item was sent.
